Finding Indonesian laws and requesting public information

Indonesian laws (undang-undang), government regulations and presidential regulations are published by the Ministry of State Secretariat, whose legal documentation network (JDIH Setneg) holds the promulgated texts. The Audit Board's JDIH BPK database collects national and regional regulations in one search. Requests for public information are made under Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure, with disputes heard by the Central Information Commission.
