Questions

How do I report an error on Factcheck Ledger?

Use this form. Choose the page, give the line number shown beside the paragraph, say what is wrong and link to the official source that says otherwise. An email address is optional.

What happens after I send a correction request?

Every request is read and gets a public decision with a reason on the corrections page. If the official source supports the change, the page is updated and the old wording stays visible in its history.

Can I send a legal notice?

Yes, through this form. Legal notices go straight to the top of the review queue.

Do I need an official source?

Yes. The site only repeats official records, so a correction has to point to one. A news report or social media post on its own cannot change a page.
