How common is murder in Bahrain?

Bahrain recorded 0.2 intentional homicides per 100,000 people in 2022, according to UN Office on Drugs and Crime data published by the World Bank.

The rate is based on homicides reported by the national authorities to the UN. With a population of about 1.6 million, a rate of 0.2 per 100,000 means only a handful of cases a year, so small changes move the rate a lot. No national recorded crime series was found on the open data portal.
