Spending Review 2010
Spending Review 2010 was presented on 20 October 2010, when George Osborne was Chancellor of the Exchequer. The OBR did not publish a forecast with Spending Review 2010. The OBR forecast in force on that date was the one published on 22 June 2010 with Budget June 2010.
