Honorary Consul Bremen: recruitment
What was announced
The British Embassy is recruiting an Honorary Consul in Bremen to support UK interests and citizens. This is a voluntary role for 4 hours a week.
Key points, in the publisher's words
- As a candidate you should have a very good understanding and knowledge of Bremen and an established network that will help you to support British interests and to provide support to British Nationals who find themselves in difficulty. The position may also involve helping the British Embassy respond to a crisis.
- As a British Honorary Consul, you will work under the supervision of the Deputy Head of Mission and Consul-General in Berlin and work closely with our consular, economic and political teams. Depending on the needs of the British Embassy you will have the opportunity to work alongside other sections.
- With your help we would like to continue to build on the particular relationship which Bremen and the United Kingdom have enjoyed.
