Spending Round 2019
Spending Round 2019 was presented on 4 September 2019, when Sajid Javid was Chancellor of the Exchequer. The OBR did not publish a forecast with Spending Round 2019. The OBR forecast in force on that date was the one published on 13 March 2019 with Spring Statement 2019.
