The Growth Plan 2022 was presented on 23 September 2022, when Kwasi Kwarteng was Chancellor of the Exchequer. The OBR did not publish a forecast with The Growth Plan 2022. The OBR forecast in force on that date was the one published on 23 March 2022 with Spring Statement 2022.
