Disclosable Personal Interests consist of both the interests of the Councillor and their spouse/partner and can include:

Interests in land within the parish
Significant shareholdings in companies with a place of business or land in the area covered by the authority
When any meeting of the Council considers a matter in which a Councillor has a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest that Councillor much be excluded from both the discussion and any vote on the matter and will be asked to leave the meeting room.
