R44 II, which occurred near Bentley, South Yorkshire on 30 October 2025. </p>\n\n<p>The pilot of G-CFNF entered autorotation after hearing a loud bang accompanied by a lateral vibration.  During the landing, the helicopter rolled over leading to one fatality.  </p>\n\n<p>The investigation into this accident is complete and a final report will be published in due
