The provider must currently hold a 2024 Standard Civil Contract in Housing and Debt.</p>\n\n<p>We are inviting expressions of interest from organisations that would like to take up this opportunity.</p>\n\n<p>We intend to award a contract under this process for HLPAS Hertford and Watford to start on 1 December 2026 and run until 30 June 2028.</p>\n\n<h2 id=\"next-steps\">Next steps</h2>\n\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:civil.contracts@justice.gov.uk\">civil.contracts@justice.gov.uk</a> by 5pm on 13 November 2026 to express your interest.
