The court appointed the Official Receiver as Liquidator of:
\n\nThe Official Receiver is continuing to wind-down the company in accordance with her statutory duties and this is the latest position as at the 26 October 2026.
\n\nThe Official Receiver is continuing her investigation into the company, its documentation, the directors and the status of any funds held by the company at the date of the winding up order.
\n\nAt present she is continuing to seek technical advice as to what steps she can take and information that can be disclosed to affected parties. The Official Receiver has also engaged solicitors to provide her with legal advice as to what her duties are in relation to this position.
\n\nAt present there is no further information or documentation that can be provided and an update is to be issued as soon as possible.

\nyou are a worker or self-employed contractor who provided services to the companies in liquidation
